In a rectangular dish, spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce. Arrange a first layer of lasagne sheets.
Add a layer of spinach, sprinkle with chunks of goat’s cheese, and cover with béchamel sauce.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel sauce and grated cheese. - Cooking lasagne :
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden and au gratin. - Serve :
Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving to facilitate cutting.
