Ingrédients
100 g dark pastry chocolate
80 g butter
80 g powdered sugar
2 eggs
40 g flour
4 squares of dark chocolate (for the pouring heart)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough:
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix until smooth. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens slightly. Add the melted chocolate and stir. Then add the sifted flour and mix again to obtain a smooth dough. - Prepare the moulds:
Lightly butter individual ramekins or heatproof molds. Pour half the batter into each mold. Place a square of chocolate in the center, then cover with the remaining batter. - Airfryer cooking :
Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. Place the ramekins in the Airfryer basket and bake at 180°C for 7 minutes. The fondants should be cooked around the edges, but still slightly wobbly in the center. - To serve :
Leave to stand for 2 minutes before carefully unmolding. Serve warm, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a red fruit coulis.
Notes
- For a more intense heart: Replace the square of dark chocolate with a square of caramel chocolate or a spoonful of chocolate spread.
- Preparation in advance: You can prepare the fondants in advance, store them in the refrigerator, and bake them just before serving.
Thanks to the Airfryer, pouring heart chocolate fondant becomes child’s play to make, while guaranteeing fast, even baking. Treat yourself or your guests to a moment of pure chocolate bliss.
