Ingrédients

  • 4 wholemeal burger buns (or low-calorie)

  • 400 g lean minced meat (5% fat)

  • 2 tbsp. 0% cottage cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the light sauce:
    In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mustard, ketchup, cider vinegar and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a cool place.
  • Shape and cook the steaks:
    Divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts and shape into thin steaks, slightly wider than the buns.
    Cook them in a non-stick frying pan or on the grill for a few minutes. 2 to 3 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness.
