Ingrédients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 100 ml cold coffee (espresso or filter, to taste)

  • 150 ml vegetable milk (almond, oat, soya, or classic according to your preference)

  • 1 c. coffee honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 c. tablespoons oatmeal (optional, for added nutrition)

  • A few ice cubes

Instructions
