Ingrédients
4 salmon steaks (approx. 600 g)
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoon neutral oil (optional for marinade)
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade:
In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and oil if desired. Place the salmon steaks in a dish and brush generously with the marinade. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes to let the flavors soak in. - Preheat the airfryer:
Heat the airfryer at 180°C for 5 minutes. - Salmon cooking :
Place the salmon steaks in the airfryer basket, skin side down if present. Bake at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steaks. Salmon should be tender but slightly caramelized on top. - Glaze the salmon :
While cooking, brush the cobblestones with the remaining marinade to intensify the glaze. - Finish and service :
Remove the salmon steaks and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately with rice, steamed vegetables or a crisp salad.

- For an even more intense taste: Add a pinch of Espelette pepper or ground black pepper to the marinade.
