Ingrédients

  • For burgers :
  • 4 wholemeal burger buns or brioche

  • 200 g halloumi (about 4 thick slices)

  • For the sauce :
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce:
    In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a cool place.

  • Prepare the breads:
